About this place
A Dog friendly English Heritage site in the North West of England, located next to Lake Windermere. This historical site is the very last survivor of the 100-odd Lake District mills, which produced wooden bobbins for the Lancashire Cotton industry. The surrounding four acres of woodland are perfect for and off-lead Dog walk.
