Chesters Roman Fort and Museum - Hadrian's Wall

A Dog friendly English Heritage site, set in the valley of the river Tyne, in the North East of England. This is the best-preserved Roman cavalry fort in Britain. There is an on-site Coffee House, selling sweet treats, ice creams, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks.
